The question may be what is the individual cost basis and % ownership for each individual from those 1 million shares you've exampled. Your citing a 5/1 ratio of long to short, would that be equivalent for everyone in the group? Is everyone trustworthy do stay in this group with the same assigned valuation of their stock, people are going to sell/buy at different times in different amounts IMO (when they are ready) as when we get nearer milestones and trial results.

Some may come out ahead and some may lose depending on the individual cost basis of each.
IMO a single deal (if that's what you meant) is not going to take this to $10 per share overnight nor in a year's time. We would climb, but not this fast.
