I could certainly understand the logic behind that strategy.
Even at a 6B share O/S at $.25 ANDI would only have a market cap of $1.5B which is peanuts for a new smartphone company targeting the middle market price point in India & Southeast Asia (billions of potential customers) and a company that could potentially "change the world."
"Change the world" technologies are generally worth hundreds of billions of $$ or even trillions of $$ as Apple seems to achieve.
I guess we'll see
