I have not looked at the trades in share count per single trade. Don't have L2 and not going to spend money for it. Aspire could have a number of people at the company selling shares at different times, not all in one chunk.
There are days of 50K-70K ish total volume trade. Then there are other days of 130-180K ish volume. Looks uneven to me, especially with Prurisol results right around the corner. Aspire has a business to run - paying employees, overhead and G& A expenses, reupping future current funding with other companies, and starting fresh funding with new companies. They certainly are selling some IPIX to fund new and current relationships with other companies. It may not be alot, but IMO they are. They got a good deal with 8 million shares at .25 back in early May.
Yes, gone are the days of 350-500k ish with selling and price drops. And the selling has dropped off, but IMO it's still there, just not as big volume. Do believe Aspire are holding most with IPIX milestones ahead.
