Schekin, No I am not misinterpreting a damn thing. IR indicated a few weeks ago in a direct reply they would "immediately announce to shareholders when funding was received".
I really do not care what another poster has to say. All I care about is what the company has stated in their CC's to shareholders and replies from IR.
So based on what IR has stated, they would have made an announcement, if they were in receipt of the 5M. Below is what IR advised a few weeks ago.
