I agree that I think the DE debt is holding back finra, but there were posts from weeks if not months ago from people who were pretty sure that stated the DE debt was settled for far less than what was stated. If that was true, even lets say it was settled for 100k why not just clear this up because we all know that once Hex is approved than the stock pps will increase rapidly and the gains to the company will be much greater.

Something is not right. In addition, the balance owed was never stated in the 2nq Q financials, I wonder why?

Anyway, todays trading looks promising. I hope we get back over .01 where we belong very soon.
