delaware is not a deal breaker for me, neither is hex, just don't see hex until del. is taken care of. do we need hex right now? not in my opinion. i'm happy to hang with onci. maybe sb has decided to concentrate on app. revenues and back off on all the arms for now. kinda hope so. jmo
