This was a great PR. Charlotte is getting Snakes& Lattes, Another fully funded location In Denver to start construction in 2018. These joint ventures means S&L doesn't have to put up any capital and they share 50/50 on profits vs a few 100k up front money they get for a franchise then share a very small percentage of revenue. The potential to make more revenue exists with the JV I believe.

Flippers, day traders might make a few dollars here and there but the long term investor will become wealthy with 1/2 the work.
