That's the nature of great sales people - they are always more optimistic and always over commit - BUT THAT IS WHAT DRIVES THEM AND IT MAKES THEM WHO THEY ARE.
I for one always look for that ego that drives the hard charges..
Old saying if you want something done always ask someone who is too busy - they know how to prioritize and use time effectively.
If one isn't busy there is a reason.
