I know, but it's just a name for those crying so loud it's ridiculous. I've seen it so many times now on the OTC. Stock manipulators fan the flames beneath so called "deadlines" so that when they're missed, as they so often are, they (using bashers) and the BW's can cry about fraud and deception even though it's pure BS. A few days one way or the other has no bearing for true long term investors.
