People here are using the words arbitration and mediation interchangeably when they are very different. Arbitration is a legally binding alternative to the more complex judicial process. Mediation is an attempt to work things out amicably outside the context of formal judicial processes. Does anyone know which this is? It matters a lot. I could be wrong, but given the depth of ill will between Grisalffi and current management, I don't see mediation succeeding.
