better to call Steve and ask how much debt or shares are left ,meaning how much is Livingston holding , and tell your guys to buy out the shares from them directly, your just pouring money into a sink hole ,if you ,we , still do not know when the share selling will end, and please don't say , it's about done, that's getting old!!!!!!!
