Sta loose I see it everyday but until the law enforcement starts enforcing the laws it want change unless some very influential person gets hit and hurt are killed [which I hope don't happen] or a close family member and then all hell will break loose. Then everyone will advocate for something to be done seat belt people didn't wait they pushed hard only difference is NO ONE WANTS TO HAVE THAT PHONE TAKEN AWAY FOR ONE SECOND.......JMO
