Yes Go Green, I suspect this is how they are hiding their operations. So far, the subsidiaries we do know about are privately owned just like AGRiMED Industries and thus do not need to tell anyone anything. In fact, all we really know is what we learned from researching public statements from managers and founders. Fortunately, public records confirm other details, such as facilities in other states as well as the new company founded by Crockett and Goldman (Sativeo).
I don't know if you have tried to contact AGRiMED, but when I do I only get to talk to Mark Kaminski who tells me he is the Chief Creative Manager, but has told others he is the Chief Marketing Manager. He refuses to state who is running the company, but Dalton just revealed to Junebug that the interim CEO is still Steve Olson.
Lots we don't know here, but it appears AGRiMED/Sativeo is operating in something like a dozen states. I suspect most operations are distributors who do not need to jump through as many hoops as growers. Thus, they have a limited paper trail.
