I don't think any sensible person would disagree with the points you're mentioning. You're not some angel that pulled the wool off our eyes and now we see the light. We all know the timeline was set by Utopya. We all know they might have jumped the gun with the hype early on (probably couldn't contain their excitement). We all know they probably should let us know something about the ticker change. We all know they promised to be more transparent but still have a gagged TA.
We also all know that this is a startup company we all decided to invest in because of their vision and products we believe in. We also all know that no matter what the situation is, "bashing" your own investment is never a good idea. Sure you can question the company all you want but what does bashing your own investment due besides make you feel tough for a second, scare away more potential investors which could have increased your profit, and put doubt in current investors who will now sell which in turn will decrease your profit. And we also all know that no matter who you cry, complain, yell at, demand, or ask nicely to nobody from the company at the current moment will answer you. So we choose to wait patiently. For now.
