What makes you think they are buying to make form 4s necessary?
Or are you asking insiders to buy shares? Why would they buy shares when they are issued them as part of their pay?
If they know tests won't be co.pleted for several months, and products are not going to be available for some time why would they buy now, when they can just accumulate shares via pay?
