As you read the Obama economy is the predicate for the Trump economy. The trends were well established. But to righties the Obama economy was never OK.
And Trump's insistence that his GDP number is unprecedented, like your claim of the same, is factually inaccurate.
The 'Trump economy' has not played out. The debt, rising interest rates and the effects of the tariffs can not be beneficial for the economy, even in the intermediate run.
