I'm not sure why you thought Krisandtilly's post suggested NTEK would be live streaming Karate Combat. It's not, and no one stated it is. Krisandtilly shared a link to a UFC Twitter account that mentioned the live debut of Karate Combat. You asked about NTEK's connection to the link, so I pointed to the press release announcing the distribution deal NTEK and IDTV have with Karate Combat.
Here's what the press release states:
"Iron Dragon TV will exclusively feature Karate Combat events in stunning 4K Ultra HD with the events being remastered by 4K Studios and streamed on the Iron Dragon TV channel on the UltraFlix network."
Link to the PR (dated May 25, 2018) is here:

I think it's great that UFC is promoting Karate Combat and that NTEK and IDTV are tied to it, but I wish IDTV and/or NTEK were listed as a partner on Karate.com's website. Right now, YouTube, Prime Video Direct, SWIG, and others are listed as partners on Karate.com, but not IronDragon TV or NTEK.
The partner listing is here: https://www.karate.com/about/
Earlier this week, I asked both NTEK IR and Janell Smith why IDTV or NTEK aren't listed as partners on Karate.com, both stated they will get back to me.
