I personally dislike the current share structure, but you can't deny with news of the Mexican deal and a good quarterly wouldn't create a small spike in PPS. I am not expecting a great spike until after the grisaffi case is settled. But i do think that after good financials and more deals are announced, the PPS will start an upward trend.
