It will be what I call the "McTrio", McAfee, Intel, & TPG!!!
I believe the power within the decision will be mutual between Intel & TPG, with TPG of course being the controlling interest in their relationship. It will be done under the McAfee banner, and/or SFOR will be merged/rolled into McAfee.
Of course the timing of any decision to acquire SFOR will be subject to anticipated additional outside interest in SFOR, as we move forward. So the cost of a buyout & level of competition for such, will be a moving target. TPG is aware of these circumstances, I'm certain!
Regardless of whomever eventually acquires SFOR, it will be an unbelievabe financial reward/opportunity for SFOR shareholders.
