FINRA fines are a reality, just like dealing with the FBAR has certain harsh realities. They don’t allow the use of blowers which makes finding a shipwreck nearly impossible. They still can’t find the one Kyle said they were on 736 days ago. You can’t defend his claim, which is why you ignore it. I get it.
When Seafarers was SUSPENDED it was because they FAILED to turn in required reports. I suppose they could have been fined, and perhaps GME was.
When you do large volumes of bidness, the fines will come, especially interacting with Bureaus.
