I have been analyzing and playing this short video over and over since it was released, and after countless hours of this I have come to the conclusion that the hands in the video belong to none other than.... wait for it.... Jason Steinberg! The cuticles and the lunula ( white half circles on fingernails ) were the giveaway! As for the Apps, that was inconclusive.... WHOOP! WHOOP! WHOOP! UTOPYAWORLDWIDE2018!!!!!!
