re the imo paid basher on another site who says he and the sec knows something is fishy about zn:
there u go again, defacto claiming insider sec knowledge,cursing longs w multi level untruths
sec stated "this does not mean they have concluded that zn nor anybody else has violated the law" to paraphrase
that statement is part of the official filing you have seen many times and i have pointed out before this is not a sec vs zn lawsuit by sec against zn as you have indicated but merely "a non public fact finding investigation" at this point.
