Duetsche Bank and Barclay’s were fined 4 times that. Spartan is in good company.
Our company got fined after we passed ECO inspection. The engineer’s suggested control failed, but the EPD got their’s regardless.
You really need to learn the difference between securities fraud and government overreach.
