it's the OTC .. remember OSTK .. which wasn't but certainly company and mgmt was *demonized/weaponized* by those who rig the rot
imo an egregiously corrupt system needs to be revamped in total (T+0)
you and i both know .. entire US equities would implode in total if *implemented* without *safeguards* (loopholes) .. it's been very clear to me for weeks now that NR (non retail) is this close to triggering reg sho on IPIX .. which is why i strongly suspect even the crooks who rig the rot .. recognized that *accessible* IPIX *shares* need to be held for the UPSIDE *volume* and CONtrol with mgmt's execution
it will be interesting to see exactly how IPIX is handled then
