This type of app or product is a recurring revenue model. You can't just buy one and then it's over. This is a product that every new or used car sale will get a pitch to buy.

With the absolute maniacal focus on distracted driving, I honestly can't see a bad outcome. Maybe the take up rate is slower than expected, but he is ahead of the curve; he has a "working" product; a sales force humping everyday; and all kinds of different revenue streams - dealers, insurance companies, governments; other organizations (i.e.AAA); manufacturers. Other apps may be out there, but he is already in the door with all these outlets.

This is a slow build unless a big fish shows up to license the software like Saudi Arabia, UAE, BMW - take your pick.

Slow build yes - but it will build.

The other legs should be slow walked so that this cash cow can fund those legs. Debt is bad and dilution is worse.
