Yeah 0.04 is too low, assuming revenue hits close to target, and positive progress from WeWi occurs by the end of the year. But Utopya does have to fix their transparency issues, or this train ain't going nowhere near paper any time soon. We don't even know what the float is. That's ridiculous.
