Another theory: perhaps the up listing is a precursor to a court reversal on the appeal. R&G certainly knows more than we do at this point, which means Mark also knows. I believe R&G is well down the road in settlement talks. Couple that with the deals, projected incoming revenue and BSAFE, IMO Mark wanted SFOR well-positioned for the next class of investors to roll in. He is, in effect, creating a demand for the stock by combining the up listing with the catalyst events to come. This is going to be one heck of a ride!
