What would you expect from a development stage company. Alot of standard disclosures for such an entity. Yes my eyes were glazing over. On a positive the stockholder equity went from a negative 9 mil to a negative 2 mil. Net Income went from a loss of 6.8 mil to a gain of 1.8 mil. I'll take it. Was expecting much worse for a start up. Pretty thourough 10K for a start up to. They covered everything. Good news is coming I believe.
