If Leo’s purpose was to only change the name as you suggested, he could have 1. changed the name ONLY (no CUSIP # change); 2. change it after a partnership when money isn’t a concern. The fact he changed the CUSIP # also should tell you his real purpose.
I know you don’t think the method works, but at least acknowledge exposing NS was his real purpose. Since we agree management is savvy, Leo wouldn’t have diluted the stock at shareholder’s expsense (when the SP was 80 cents) just to change the name. I don’t need to be good at science to know this. It’s common sense.
