Well I have to say I do love Amazon.
I was chatting with another rep and seemed to confuse him who then transferred me to the "kindle" team rep who then reviewed my chat content, didn't say anything and then transferred me to another rep who who just said "yes I see this is not available yet" and forwarded my request to their product specialist team that will notify me when available.
And for the delay in reply (not sure what delay they were talking about) he issued me a $5 promo credit!
Now I can use this to purchase my Utopya device hopefully on Aug 1st....
