I have tried 4 times today with Amazon customer support chat (3x this morning and once just now). I was sure to not ask any leading questions. Struck out each time, no confirmation that they have the phones or really know anything about them. Not sure why the disconnect from what others have said regarding their conversations with amazon....
I also had one rep tell me that the search box autopopulates based on global search patterns .
