$SFOR Always remember 8-K filed in MAY 2017 Ref : Preferred Shares- Just keep track of important events happening here.
Here is my perspective for Voting preferred A:
If I have to go as a institutional investor and buy say 50% of common stock from the market, I would ask KAY to give me a Preferred A shares with voting rights, so that I can have a say, when Kay sells the company. If I am TPG & know that this company could be worth $8B & not $500m, I will not let Kay sell the company for $500m.
And my understanding is, we will see events like that transpire in short order. Please take it with a grain of salt, It's my opinion.
