I don't know what was more valuable, the $1.5 million of immediate (in a time of need) funding that we got or the second opinion. We must remember that once all is paid back of this amount, we pay $7.5 million of total funds then only 2.5% in perpetuity. And there are 100s of cases to be tried. A valuable second opinion is worth millions to say the least IMHO.
