Actually, yes...
Most of the reps appear to be from India, and in my experience, they will mash up words into a sentence.
Here's an excerpt of a conversation I had on chat:
Jem: Oh no,xxxx. It just happen that when you try to search for "Utopya Odyssey Phone" for example the item is not available as of this moment though you have nothing to worry as you can try to search it again for a couple of days and might be available item for that.
Possible that amazon or other seller has no available item for the one as of this moment.
