I highly doubt they're playing games, but I agree the lack of info on the ticker-change is a concern. I can understand them not being able to tell us some things, for legal reasons. But, I don't see how telling us when they actually applied, when the last corporate action was and what they're expecting to happen falls into that category.
I'd be satisfied even if they just told us why they're not telling us anything!
I'm not losing faith but, this isn't right.
