This is an large sales figure! My confusion exists due to my ignorance of international law. Without a international patent are all those SingTel MFA/OOBA secure mobile banking service sales fair game for R&G with just the recent SCOTUS decision? Does what Zpaul wrote in his post #32055 "Damages can be recovered anywhere in the world" apply to these SingTel sales? Thanks for sharing your insight on this matter with this confused investor.
