When I read it, it came off like a CSR just trying to tell the customer what they wanted to hear. Bashers will tear it apart. Don't tear me apart for saying it.
I do think the Amazon speculation has some merit to it. I got my Microsoft DBA certification about 15 years ago and I never went into that field so I cannot predict how the modern autopopulation works. But I have talked with a current database admin, who works for a very very large company, and she thinks the autopopulate that was discovered has real possibility of being an Easter egg. Especially when I told her about Pathfinder and One now showing up. She posits that it could be a paid search term as Amazon does have those available, but who would pay for a search term that no one is searching for. I still think the Amazon connection has real merit.
