VGL Capital doesnt get reimbursed all at once... and they are expecting huge settlements because they are talking huge $$'s as a return. Therefore the settlement amounts are huge that are being discussed. Denton (former defendants attorney as per Z's post) must have an idea of how huge the numbers are, that are being discussed.
