The man is a criminal and has scammed many people out of their money. Prior to my current career I worked in public accounting for years, have audited many otc companies, and fully understand this game. This is A scam and well disguised but definitely a fraud. Everyone here should contact the SEC and finra and research an attorney. You have recourse in these fraud instances.
