I called three different times without any success. Each of the representatives with whom I spoke were unable to even access Utopya Odyssey phones in their search bar. Conversely on 3 different computers each time I typed Utopy a drop down appeared and showed Utopya phone and Utopya Odyssey phone.
I was left rather perplexed. Sorry not more positive
