That's ok, as I have a theory! Recently someone posted a list of Oral Argument cases regarding their results, and whether the results were based on "argued", or "brief"! The report was perceived to indicate the manner in which the oral argument was resolved, portraying that some are resolved based on the brief submitted, and not an actual "oral" argument.

It is just speculation on my part, but I'm hoping that the 3-panel judges are comfortable based on R&G's brief, to render a decision based on the brief, without actually holding an oral argument! If so, we could see their decision anytime in the near future! Again, this is strictly my speculation, along with a gut feeling, and a whole lot of hope that it is handled/expedited in this manner!
