Currently sitting through a potential buyout with BIOAQ but it was in semi-bankruptcy due to a hostile takeover attempt by Comerica, all before it got out of bankruptcy via Canadian and US courts. That situation is quite a bit different than a new startup buyout. With BIOAQ, as long as company doesn’t go heels up, and provided it finds a buyer that the court approves, common shareholders are protected and will receive money for shares.

Not sure how this situation with ANDI might work out though.
