Doesn’t seem like this update is being reported everywhere. It’s not showing up on TDAmeritrade yet.
Nice to see they have plans and have been strategizing, but it still comes down to funding. Looks like they’ve settled on the Reg A route. Did I read correctly that they’re approaching it as the parent company and not through the specific subs but leaving the door open for the subs raising funds as well? I’m still not familiar enough with these processes.
