Hopefully in this quarter along with sales and new products launch: This was posted by some one on the other site... Originally we were auditing only 2010 and 2011 for the purposes of the 10K. But we have been advised to audit 2012 as well. Now, 2012 just ended so we have to complete the compilation of the 4th quarter (which is nearly done) before we can send all of 2012 into the auditors.
The completion of the audit should go quickly as 2012 is well accounted for because I was in charge for nearly all of the year. This part of the audit will be done through our NetSuite System which will make it go that much faster.
I know that many shareholders expected the audit/10K to be done well before now. So did I. However, this is an arduous process and this company’s records were somewhat less than complete when I took over.
I am working every day to get the 10K done, the Form 10 and subsequent 15c211 so we can be off the pinks. I am not delaying this process at all for any reason. I wanted it done months ago. Unfortunately, for publicly traded companies, the whole process moves at the speed of the slowest entity. There are attorneys and accountants involved and we have to work with them and not against them.
We will get all of this done though...
