On Dec 4, 2017 SFOR & Trustwave signed a confidential agreement . It is my understanding that if Trustwave has to use MFA/OOBA, they have to Pay SFOR and they cannot use it otherwise.

Also- Paya Transition from Trustwave to Aperia . Paya has over 100,000 Clients. It is acquired by GTCR , a private equity firm with over $10 Billion invested https://www.gtcr.com/investments/
