all of this hollering about ralph devores shares is nonsense and we've been thru this already w somebody else who you accused of getting shares free
the implication is that he got the shares free - i looked up the market prices and the pps he paid was the avg of the high and low every time on the nearest trading day-same deal we get w the dssp program
form 3 bc he came back and thus had to file form 3 -not form 4
and its not 350000 shares- its 153534 shares since 2016-the reported time he was on the board- and it doesnt matter how many shares bc it looks like he paid full market value every time so thats his business
