	It stands to reason.  I've been over it in my head exhaustively.  Accumulation is the only reason that makes any sense with regards to why anyone would want to keep it low.   
"Dilution" doesn't make sense. Why would you dilute at 0047, when you can dump shares for 0048, or higher just as easily?
For me, it always comes back to accumulation. Either individually, or for an organization of some sort.
I know it's a relatively insignificant, pea sized possibility, but if a company wanted to buy back shares over a period of time, they would definitely want to get the best price they could! Although with the volume we've had of late, it would be a painstakingly slow process. Drunk off Kool aid speculation? Absolutely! Still fun to ponder the possibilities.
