It appears they can pre pay as long as they haven't already received a conversion notice. They will have to pay a premium to do so. Also we are looking at a unexecuted note and documents so is this what they actually signed ? The note is dated Feb. 13 2018
Does SIGO have to file Q's & k's before Fife can convert ? If this is the case maybe reason for dragging their feet on filing. I have sent off a email requesting this information. We will see if Sigo gets back to me. Worst case scenario Fife dilutes around Aug 13 , but imo they will run this up before they do so.
