Yes, I inadvertently wrote July 18 and it was too late to edit my post by the time I realized my typo.
It's been well over 20 days since then, and if the company has not made any headway with the SEC, we can assume this will be officially dead on any public markets very soon.
Revocation means all the shares are gone forever. If they try to continue on as a private company it won't really matter to all the investors who have put money into this and effectively lost whatever was still riding the wave.
