Situation as a whole in my opinion:
Long term investors are accumulating mediocre share amounts at Stink bids in the low .$50's which is supporting share price organically.
MM's are utilizing penny day traders and volume to make money in the spread as they trade securities to the big guys. They hedge long and short and if the securities do not exist they then Naked Short. This is why we see volume and price increase EVERY Friday. They need to be liquid in case news comes Monday morning as expected in order to not be caught with their pants down and be able to handle the volume expected to trade after news.
Mostly Bashers, and also Pumpers, are utilized on a daily basis on boards to help MM's maintain ask/bid price both up and down to clear out their positions while wholesaling the securities.
Aspire is holding most if not all shares, or selling only to the means of keeping share price over $.50 to adhere to the terms of their current agreement. They have pre-funded warrants that can be executed to make sure they do not have to file as an affiliate while they wait for the news to come.
CDA's and normal public company guidelines have given the right and authority for IPIX to withhold any and all information they have in regards to BTD, Prurisol results (if End Points are met), negotiations, partnerships and buyout offers.
IPIX does not need to release information UNLESS it will directly affect share price due to the information being obtained by non-insiders with potential to trade or utilize for financial gain without public knowledge. They will need to report Prurisol results in a timely manner if End Points are not met.
IPIX has created a Milestone based agreement for funding as well as multiple manufacturing and distribution agreements for B-OM to be manufactured for Phase 3 and beyond. This HAS BEEN DONE for two reasons only. Partnering and/or Buyout Pharma has stipulated this in their agreement and/or the Aspire agreement and manufacturing agreement to "go at it alone" gives a negotiating tool for increased evaluation to the company as a whole.

Depending on internal events we are not privy to, we will see BTD determination and/or Pruisol results first. The order depends...
BTD may have already been approved but IPIX can withhold this information. Prurisol results are known internally or will be known soon...
If Prurisol results are extraordinary then we will hear this announced, then BTD designation, then buyout (maybe all at once). This could come anytime which should scare anyone short.
If Prurisol results are not up to the Buyout Pharma's standards then we will hear Top Line Results, BTD determination followed by a partnership for B-OM. In this scenario the partnership up-front payments will be utilized to further B franchise, Prurisol reformulation for other uses like topical cream for itching, and K's additional phasing.
The longer Prurisol results take to come out the more and more excited I become. IPIX can withhold great results unless it's leaked but must report in a timely fashion if results do not meet their end points.
